All you need to create a profile with us is verifiable certification and a list of experience references people can contact to get an idea of your work. Any added licensing and accreditation is welcome on your profile.

What does the HealingPros Healing Social Network consist of ?

We are a community interested in a grass roots, open source approach to holistic health. By posting profiles, educational material, events, and coordinating among other healing professionals we can create an amazing resource for those seeking holistic health. The idea we operate from is that each member adds and builds a unique whole. We are looking for people to join and make this online community what it will be, there is no pre-set agenda. We are looking for holistic healers to join the HealingPros.com Community and make it their expression as a group.

At this writing, we are conducting a beta launch of the site and are looking for beta testers and participants. Please come in and post your profile, tell your friends, schools, clients, and colleagues about what we are doing here at HealingPros.com

What is the Purpose of the HealingPros.com Healing Community

The general idea so far is that healers can post their contact information, photos, videos, links, and a standard profile listing certification and work references for holistic health seekers to follow up with if they are interested. The web site is an easy to use marketing tool, is enabled for online credit card payments, and allows people to easily find healers in their area plus post comments on individual profile pages as testimonials.

For seekers of holistic health services and resources it’s a convenient place to come, learn from, find providers, and share with other healing enthusiasts. We plan to be the easiest, most open, and inviting holistic health community online – where our members shape the end product. If that interests you, you’ll want to join early and participate often in building our site.

How to Build the HealingPros Healers Social Network – How Does it All Work

You participate and add information to the HealingPros.com Healing Community by using any one of our contact methods. These contact methods are: this sites Contact Us form, phone numbers we post for contact, and the many social network sites and Groups we have online. You can join any of our online groups or contact us directly to forward us your profile information. We will verify the information and post it to the HealingPros.com site. By using the tools in our online group venues you can post videos, educational articles, links to resources, and other related material. We review all that material and add it to the HealingPros.com site. You can also forward that material to us directly.

We then expand by adding live events so people can meet in person and build their network. We plan to offer print material for our members and act as a holistic health co-op with each other. This can be very powerful and beneficial for the healing community. The site acts as a directory for our members where clients can look up and book appointments. Online payment is available for this purpose, and is done by matching clients with therapists in their areas.

We are at a beta stage now, so we are offering all of this at no cost. We would like to eventually build a service that members can have a monthly subscription to, probably at a tiered rate depending on services desired. Using the collective approach of the HealingPros.com Community, all beta members will decide on these services, offer their suggestions in their building, and decide on the pricing breakdown for these features. This is truly an open source, community focused way of building a Collective Healing Community online.

The creators of this site are primarily involved with Massage Therapy, so there is an initial focus on massage to start with. But we are wanting to expand into all areas of Holistic Health, including nutrition and Environmental concerns. So all Holistic Health related topics are welcome.

I’m Interested in Joining this Inclusive Online Community of Healers – What do I do?

Below will be posted links to our online community venues and groups around the Web. Join any one of them and use the tools there to contact us, upload videos, post articles, events, and links. All those venues act as a repositories that we verify then post to HealingPros.com. You can join multiple groups if you want to communicate with more people in each, but we’ll only post multiple posts of the same thing once on this site.

You can also use the Contact Us form to forward us the same information directly. All we require for your profile is your contact information that you want us and potential clients to use to reach you, your certification information with a way for us and potential clients to verify it, and references having to do with the work you are posting in your profile with a way to verify an follow up with each of them. Since this is an online venue, email and online contact methods might work best, unless phone calls are preferred.

The only other thing is to keep telling people about the HealingPros.com community. Clients can easily find therapists in any area our membership spans and communicate with them. Therapists can easily market their services. And we all can contribute and build the features of our Healing Community together. You would be hard pressed to find an online community more interested on what you want it to be, than the HealingPros.com Healing Social Network. We take serious our commitment to listen to all our members and implement the features they want in our healing community. This is an opportunity to see all the things you thought would be great in an online community of healers but might never have been able to get going anywhere else.
